About FMGE 2025 Exam
The FMGE exam is conducted by NBEMS in India for Indian and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) who have completed their medical education abroad and wish to practice in India. The online registration for the session 2025-26 has already started from 28 May, 2025 with the deadline set for 17 May, 2025. The FMGE 2025 is scheduled for 26 July, 2025. Applicants can easily register online just by visiting the official website of the FMGE.
The FMGE Exam is conducted for 5 hours which is further divided into two parts, each for 2.5 hours. The exam is conducted in a computer-based test with a total of 300 multiple choice questions. The application fee for the FMGE exam is INR 6195 for all the Indian students. Applicants can pay the fee online through various payment methods such as Debit/Credit/UPI/Net Banking.
To be eligible, candidates must have completed their primary medical education from a recognized foreign institution and must be Indian citizens or OCIs, and the degree must be listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools. FMGE 2025 Eligibility Criteria
